Service Technician (5 days / Bayan Lepas)

• Install new equipment and conduct tests to verify proper functionality
• Provide training to clients on the operation and upkeep of their devices
• Carry out maintenance tasks and deliver customer support
• Procure necessary parts for repairs when required
• Document comprehensive reports and maintain records of services rendered
• Communicate issues regarding equipment and repairs to clients
• Establish and nurture customer relationships

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is essential for this role.
• Candidates must be prepared to work in Bayan Lepas.
