Position Overview

The Project Manager for Mobile Banking and Agile Initiatives is responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects focused on retail banking operations and lending products. This role guarantees that all new retail projects, system enhancements, and process optimizations are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including operations, IT, finance, compliance, risk management, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Lead the complete lifecycle management of retail banking and loan product projects, from initiation through to project closure.

• Create comprehensive project plans that detail scope, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

• Oversee system upgrades and modifications related to loan origination, credit scoring, point-of-sale (POS) solutions, and loan management platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Banking, Information Technology, or related disciplines (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience, ideally within the retail banking or financial services sector.
