Backend Developer

Primary Duties:

• Design and manage scalable backend services and APIs
• Work closely with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing components
• Enhance applications for optimal performance and scalability
• Establish security protocols and data protection strategies
• Engage in the full application lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging tasks
• Create clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Diagnose, debug, and improve existing systems
• Adhere to software development best practices and remain informed about emerging technologies

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
• Strong command of the C# programming language
• In-depth experience with the .NET Core framework
• Comprehensive understanding of database technologies, especially MongoDB or SQL Server
• Experience with message brokers, ideally RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Familiarity with caching solutions, with Redis experience being a plus
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Preference for candidates who can communicate with Mandarin-speaking team members
