Project Management Officer - Banking Industry

Position Overview

Oversee financial management, governance, executive reporting, and operational administration to facilitate the implementation of digital transformation initiatives throughout Asia.

Main Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Vendor Relations: Monitor portfolio budgets, oversee project expenditures, handle vendor invoicing, and manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Governance & Project Management Office: Create executive PowerPoint presentations and dashboards, conduct governance meetings, and ensure that project action items are tracked to completion.
• Operations & Administrative Support: Assist with workforce planning and onboarding processes, coordinate team logistics and schedules, and provide leadership with various strategic tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 6–8 years in Project Management Office, Business Operations, or Project Coordination within the Banking or Wealth Management sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (budgeting and financial oversight) and PowerPoint (preparing executive-level presentations).
• Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, proactive execution of tasks, and outstanding communication with stakeholders.
