PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-PROCURE TO PAY

Your Role And Responsibilities

As Process Analyst – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will oversee Invoice processing, Vendor master management, Query resolution, Indexing, and Invoice reconciliation. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Record and maintain PO and Non-PO Invoices, and manage both manual and automatic payment requests.
• Participate in end-to-end Vendor Master activities, including creation, changes, verification, cleansing, and identification of duplicate records.
• Work with stakeholders for coding and approvals, resolve blocked invoice issues, and ensure timely posting in accounting software for payments and expenses.
• Process travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payment issues, recover funds, and carry out payment proposals.
• Follow client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver within the defined timelines.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Commerce graduate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in Invoice and Vendor management, including resolving queries and performing Invoice reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user.
