Oracle BRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to support the consulting team through various project stages, which include problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, as well as design and deployment.
• You will investigate alternatives to the proposed solutions by conducting research that encompasses literature reviews, publicly available information, vendor evaluation data, and more.
• You will also be responsible for developing proof of concepts (POCs).
• Your tasks will include drafting requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs aligned with these requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on the software products, identify any issues, analyze the root causes, seek necessary clarifications, and then pinpoint and shortlist potential solution alternatives.
• Additionally, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in requirement analysis, solution design, development, and customization of Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) applications, with proficiency in designing collections, pricing plans, products, discounts, charge shares, and more.
• Applicants should have experience with any of the following modules: Collections Management, Pipeline Management, Subscription Management, Rating, Discounting, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Third-Party Integration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, C, C++, Java, along with expertise in XSLT and PL/SQL, is essential.
• Candidates with a solid understanding of Telecom and ISP operations will be preferred.
