Primary Duties:
- Main Responsibilities
- Solution Development and Delivery
- Design, develop, and enhance AEM solutions utilizing EDS to provide scalable and sustainable digital experiences.
- Create reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and content models in accordance with business and UX specifications.
- Establish integrations with external systems and APIs to ensure secure and reliable data interchange.
- Enhance performance, accessibility, and SEO readiness across pages and components.
- Quality Assurance and Governance
- Maintain code quality through rigorous reviews, automated testing methodologies, and compliance with AEM and EDS best practices.
- Investigate production issues, conduct root cause analyses, and promote preventive measures.
- Assist in release planning and deployments to ensure stable delivery across various environments.
- Agile Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Engage in Agile team activities, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs and actionable user stories.
- Guide junior developers and consultants while fostering engineering excellence within the team.
- Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MBA, or MSc.
- 5 to 9 years of comprehensive experience with significant hands-on expertise in AEM and EDS implementations.
- Extensive experience in building AEM components and templates, delivering enterprise-level web solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of debugging complex issues across various application layers.
Technical Skills Required:
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AEM architecture patterns, multi-site configurations, and scalable content modeling techniques.
- Expertise in modern front-end development technologies used in conjunction with AEM and EDS, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-driven UI methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation to enhance delivery speed and reliability.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment strategies and operational best practices for enterprise web platforms.
- Proven consulting abilities, stakeholder management, effective communication, and the capability to drive results in uncertain environments.
