Senior Developer - PEGA CSSA

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Pega Developer with proven expertise in the Pega Platform, Pega Frameworks, and Pega Decision Hub. The role involves designing, building, and improving scalable enterprise applications, intelligent decisioning capabilities, and business process automation. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega Platform and Pega Frameworks.
2. Create reusable components, business rules, and workflows that enable scalable application development.
3. Configure and optimize Pega Decision Hub, including decision strategies, predictive models, and Next Best Action (NBA).
4. Build integrations between Pega applications and internal or external enterprise systems.
5. Carry out performance tuning, troubleshooting, and overall optimization of Pega applications.
6. Convert business requirements into technical designs and Pega-based solutions.
7. Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with Pega development best practices.
8. Assist with testing, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and production deployments.
9. Create technical documentation and contribute to application maintenance and continuous improvement.
10. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Pega LSA or SSA certification preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
