Senior Privilege Access Security Engineer (9+ years of exp in Beyond Trust Password Safe)

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Privileged Access Security Engineer with strong expertise in BeyondTrust PAM, Password Safe, PRA, and Secrets Safe to design, implement, and support enterprise PAM solutions'

Your role

• Deliver a Beyond Trust Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution in a customer environment.
• Design and deploy the Beyond Trust Privilege Remote Access solution in a customer environment.
• Design and deploy the Beyond Trust Password Safe solution in a customer environment.
• Deliver a new environment or extend an existing environment.
• Handle escalations for Beyond Trust (PAM) incidents from junior staff, acting as the final point of escalation.
• Design, develop, and deliver PAM policies and standards
• Experience with BeyondTrust Secrets Safe, including application credentials, API keys, tokens, certificates, and SSH keys.
• Strong understanding of least privilege, RBAC, and privileged-access security principles.
• Ability to independently manage technical issues, changes, incidents, and operational activities within an enterprise PAM environment.
• Beyond Trust certification.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting PAM services within a multinational organisation.
• Experience developing and assisting users with adoption of a PAM solution, including securing buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Experience with the Beyond Trust Entitle product.
• Understanding of governance frameworks (NIST, IOS 27001).
• Integrate PAM solutions with business applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Azure / Entra ID.
• Manage risks within a complex project environment.

• Experience delivering Just in Time (JIT) capabilities into a customer environment.
• Experience with Privilege Account lifecycle.
• Experience migrating PAM services from on premise to Cloud environments.
• Experience with Multi-Factor and Certificate Services.
• Experience with Quest Active Roles.
• Automation / Scripting experience.
• Proven experience delivering process efficiencies and improvements.
• Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with remote teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and complete your own work while remaining a team player.
• Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies.
