Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and AI-enabled automation to develop, improve, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance HAM Pro, SAM Pro, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and compliance workflow processes.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, and MID Servers.
• Strengthen CMDB health by applying IRE, reconciliation, and established governance best practices.
• Create and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise platforms such as Intune, SCCM, Flexera, and Tanium.
• Design scalable workflows and applications using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Develop AI-driven automation with the ServiceNow AI Platform, Now Assist, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and guide/mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of practical, hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of ITAM and/or ITOM implementation experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, MID Server, IRE, and CMDB Health.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP API development.
• Experience building AI-enabled automation including LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD and related CIS certifications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, ServiceNow AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Terraform, or Ansible.
