Power Automate & Power Platform Specialist

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and continuously improve Microsoft Power Automate flows and Power Platform solutions to support business requirements.
• Apply secure credential management methods, including the use of Azure Key Vault, to meet compliance needs and protect data.
• Use AI tools to strengthen application lifecycle automation for Power Automate deployments.
• Produce test artefacts and conduct thorough flow testing to confirm expected behaviour and ensure operational reliability.
• Develop and deliver work using a BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) framework to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, implement high-quality solutions, and provide post-deployment support.
• Keep current on the latest Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, recommended practices, and security improvements.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated practical experience in Power Automate and Power Platform development.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate security and secret management, including Azure Key Vault or equivalent solutions.
• In-depth understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) for automation workflows.
• Experience testing automation flows and producing BDD-based test documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or within a team.
