Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake Viennoiseries to achieve high-quality standards.
Ensure uniformity in product size, texture, and flavor throughout daily production.
Accurately manage mise en place, fillings, and finishing with meticulous attention to detail.
Adhere to established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold artisanal quality.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in both the workspace and equipment.
Assist in meeting daily production schedules, manage ingredients effectively, and minimize waste.
Prior experience in lamination or Viennoiserie production is beneficial (training available).
