Oracle EBS & Cloud Apps Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS & Cloud Technical Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-grade Oracle initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, demonstrated full lifecycle implementation experience, and proven communication and leadership capabilities to support business-critical programs.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide technical leadership for implementation and ongoing support of Oracle EBS and Cloud projects.
• Collect requirements, develop technical designs, and manage development and testing activities.
• Build and deliver solutions using Oracle EBS Technical capabilities, AR APIs, outbound conversions, and RDF/RTF reports.
• Enhance and optimize existing customizations, reports, and system integrations.
• Ensure alignment with quality standards and validation processes.
• Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery resources and manage project timelines.
• Work closely with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Own and maintain project documentation while driving timely issue resolution.
• Basic understanding of EDI is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience 

• 8–12 years of technical experience delivering Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Technical, AR APIs, RDF/RTF reports, and outbound conversions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Zoho, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading distributed and hybrid teams.

Client-facing experience in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
