Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to shape engineering strategy and advance modernization across Treasury Wholesale Banking and Digital Services platforms
• Set and execute strategic technology direction in alignment with enterprise goals and organizational standards
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and inform solution selection
• Supervise the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of scalable software solutions
• Assess build vs
• buy decisions, determine outsourcing strategies, and drive cloud adoption where appropriate
• Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise objectives
• Work with stakeholders to design high-impact, enterprise-wide solutions
• Develop and manage budgets to meet financial and operational objectives
• Lead and develop senior engineering teams, including performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage the full application lifecycle to ensure scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency
• Recognize, evaluate, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to governance and regulatory requirements
