Core Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion involves addressing customer challenges, identifying problem areas, crafting inventive solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for developing proposals by managing sections of the proposal documentation and contributing insights into solution design based on your expertise.
• Your role will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will present solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to organizational financial guidelines.
• Take the lead on small projects and support unit-level and organizational initiatives with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• 5 to 15 years of extensive experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud RightNow CX implementation, development, customization, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of the Oracle B2C Service Cloud architecture, data model, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating Custom Scripts, Custom Processes, BUI Extensions, Add-Ins, Business Rules, and Workspaces.
• Strong experience with REST APIs for integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with other systems.
• Proficient in PHP.
• Skilled in .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, and ConnectPHP.
• Experience with middleware integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with Oracle B2C features including Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Oracle B2C Service Cloud certifications are highly valued.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and future scalability.
• Convert complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Design and implement comprehensive solutions that include self-service portals, agent desktops, knowledge management, and integration points.
• Provide expert insights on maximizing Oracle B2C Service Cloud features such as Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, and External Objects.
• Keep abreast of the latest Oracle B2C Service Cloud features, enhancements, and roadmap to ensure the integration of new functionalities.
