Facilities Manager GCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
• Leadership and Strategic Planning: Lead the Facilities team across the region
• Plan regional facilities operations and develop strategy in collaboration with Corporate teams
• Execute the agreed strategies and partner with cross-functional leadership to effectively manage Development Centers
• Operations Review: Review end-to-end facilities operations and provide direction to Facilities Managers
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions
• Management Forums: Attend monthly management and project review meetings
• Dashboard Review: Review dashboards to uncover opportunities for cost control and conservation of resources
• Customer Satisfaction: Track and analyze customer satisfaction scores
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders regularly to maintain strong working relationships
• Customer Concern Resolution: Understand customer concerns and demonstrate progress toward resolution
• Improved Reporting: Enable stronger reporting mechanisms to identify issues and support corrective actions
• Talent Management and Development: Identify, prioritize, and implement action items from ESAT surveys
• Workforce Planning: Engage with employees and plan recruitment or reskilling aligned to expansion plans
• Performance Management: Set clear performance goals, differentiate performance, and moderate ratings and rewards
• Competency Development and Innovation: Ensure team members attend relevant training programs
• Training Effectiveness: Verify the effectiveness and coverage of training delivered
• Certification and Capability: Ensure appropriate certification and capability development within the team
• Risk Management: Identify risks that may affect continuous operations of the Development Centers
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
• Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Mitigate identified risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks and conflicts
• Vendor Contracting Compliance: Review legal clauses and obligations during vendor contracting
• Health, Safety, Environment (HSE): Define strategy to achieve HSE objectives and targets
• HSE Performance Review: Review the effectiveness of HSE initiatives periodically
• Management Reviews: Participate in management review meetings
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Audits and Action Closure: Participate in internal and external audits and enable closure of action items
• Infrastructure: Participate in infrastructure project review meetings and ensure adherence to schedules and delivery commitments
• Project Quality and Handover: Monitor quality standards and enable effective handover and takeover of completed projects
• Business Continuity Management System (BCMS): Define strategy to achieve BCMS objectives and targets
• System Health Monitoring: Review system health periodically
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in management reviews, audits, and implementation of improvement actions
• Transport: Review transport operations and guide the transport team
• Transport Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Monthly Review Forums: Participate in monthly management and project review forums
• Transport Dashboard Review: Review dashboards to identify cost control and process improvement opportunities
