Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Support Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting customers through chat, resolving their queries, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide support through chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with good accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with internet applications.
• Ability to work comfortably in a night-shift environment.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Hyderabad location.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
