Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a structured migration of technology data and operations functions, ensuring minimal disruption and controlled risk throughout the transition
• Define governance frameworks, milestones, and performance metrics to support successful transitions
• Maintain service continuity and stable performance during transition phases and after go-live
• Use automation, AI, and data-driven methods to increase efficiency, productivity, and support cost optimization
• Design and implement technology and data infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data pipelines, security, and access controls
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Coordinate data migration activities, environment setup, testing, and system stability across global teams
• Promote alignment with organizational culture, values, and ways of working across geographically distributed teams
• Enable collaboration through structured communication, leadership engagement, and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Support a high-performance, innovation-driven, collaborative work environment
• Own transition planning, including sequencing, readiness assessment, capacity planning, and risk management
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure clear stakeholder accountability across programs
• Drive process standardization, operational clarity, and KPI definition across teams
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to enable smooth execution
• Oversee knowledge transfer through SOP creation and operational readiness to achieve steady-state operations
• Monitor key performance metrics such as efficiency, cycle time, quality, and service reliability following the transition
• Establish and manage end-to-end technology and data governance frameworks, including security, access management, and data quality
• Ensure infrastructure readiness for scalability, automation, and future technology adoption
• Build and enable high-performing global capability teams focused on operational excellence and digital maturity
• Drive continuous improvement using analytics and performance insights
