Position Title: International Customer Support Associate

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Preferred Industries: FinTech / Banking / Financial Services / Insurance / Crypto

Primary Duties

• Address international customer inquiries via voice, chat, and messaging platforms.
• Resolve complex customer concerns, manage escalations, and deliver prompt solutions.
• Achieve high benchmarks in customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality (QA), first contact resolution (FCR), and turnaround time (TTR).
• Handle a substantial volume of tickets while ensuring precision, professionalism, and adherence to company protocols.
• Leverage AI-driven tools, chatbots, and AI assistants to improve customer support operations.
• Adhere to regulatory standards, data security policies, and internal procedures.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in international customer support.
• Proficient in international voice and chat/messaging support.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, financial services, insurance, or crypto is advantageous.
• Basic familiarity or exposure to AI-driven customer support technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills.
• Capable of effectively managing multiple customer interactions and escalations.

Position Details

• Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office
• Work Schedule: 5 days per week
• Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts with rotating days off
