Job Description

Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) Strategy & Governance

. Assist in implementing the bank's Offshore Delivery Centre (ODC) location strategy initiatives across both current and prospective supplier locations.

. Monitor the progress of ODC-related projects, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution in line with established timelines.

. Create status updates, briefing documents, and management reports for ODC governance meetings and stakeholder discussions.

. Aid in the upkeep of ODC governance records, operational procedures, and supplier commitments.

Supplier Risk & Third-Party Management

. Serve as the main coordinator for third-party risk assessments concerning strategic suppliers and ODC service providers.

. Collaborate with Risk Management, Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, and supplier representatives to facilitate assessment processes and track remediation efforts.

. Oversee assessment results, risk treatment plans, and the status of closure to guarantee timely completion of agreed-upon actions.

. Maintain comprehensive records of supplier governance, assessment documentation, and risk registers.

. Assist in conducting periodic reviews of supplier adherence to UOB policies, standards, and contractual obligations.

Business Continuity & Operational Resilience

. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and operational resilience initiatives for TCoE and supplier ODCs.

. Organize business continuity drills, recovery tests, and crisis management activities in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

. Track BCM preparedness, action items, and remediation efforts stemming from exercises and evaluations.

. Maintain business continuity documentation, contact directories, recovery procedures, and related records.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-up on operational, risk, and strategic initiatives.

. Monitor action items that emerge from governance meetings, supplier evaluations, risk assessments, and business continuity exercises.

. Support ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, governance, supplier management, and reporting capabilities.
