MSD Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Execute functional regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Assess and validate customizations, plugins, workflows, business rules, and components within the Power Platform for Dynamics 365.
• Conduct testing for CRM modules, including:
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Marketing
• Field Service
• Customer Insights
• Ensure successful integration with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Perform API testing for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse integrations.
• Execute data migration and data validation testing.
• Verify security roles, access controls, and user permissions.
• Utilize defect management tools to track and manage defects effectively.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, solution architects, and functional consultants.
• Engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies and participate in quality assurance activities.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Technology Package Testing, specifically MS Dynamics Testing.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing.
• Solid understanding of:
• Dynamics 365 CRM CE
• Dataverse
• Power Platform
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Business Process Flows
