The Opportunity
In the role of Medical Doctor, you will deliver tailored medical consultations and treatments, formulate care strategies, and provide integrative healthcare to a select group of clients. Collaborating with the Medical Director and a diverse team of specialists, you will embody the clinic's commitment to quality care and foster meaningful, enduring patient relationships instead of transactional interactions. You will report directly to the Medical Director.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct medical consultations and treatments, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic illnesses.
Perform physical assessments, request necessary diagnostic evaluations, and create individualized treatment plans for each patient.
Develop and maintain ongoing patient relationships: monitor treatment plan progress, proactively check in, and serve as a trusted clinical guide throughout the patient's journey.
Work collaboratively with fellow Doctors, the Sonographer, and the Medical Director on complex cases, referrals, and second opinions, while coordinating with the Personal Health Concierge team to ensure comprehensive care.
Contribute to the advancement and implementation of the clinic's Men's Health and Longevity Medicine programs as the organization evolves.
Ensure precise and timely documentation of medical records, and offer patient education and preventive healthcare recommendations during each consultation.
Engage in case reviews and clinical quality discussions with the Medical Director.
Adhere to all Singapore healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with a background in a private clinic or outpatient environment.
A Basic Medical Degree that is registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC), with full registration and a valid practicing certificate.
Familiarity with Men's Health and Longevity Medicine is a plus.
Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A patient-centric, discreet, and holistic approach, genuinely prioritizing quality over quantity in care delivery.

Work Hours & Eligibility
A 45-hour work week on a rotating clinic schedule, covering 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays in alignment with clinic operating hours, with a compensatory day off for public holidays worked.
