| Position Objective:This statement should be a general summary of the responsibilities listed in the next section. | As a Specialist in Integral Life Delivery Management, you are responsible for leading the development, deployment, and support of the Integral Life Application to meet business requirements. You will also support and maintain existing solutions, and develop new technical solutions to improve the company’s operations. |

Indicate average percentage of time each responsibility takes. | - Lead Integral Life system requirement gathering, impact analysis, solution proposal, code development, unit testing, UAT support (including UAT EOD batch support), and deployment for BAU and Projects.
- Follow prevailing SDLC, Development, and other standards.
- Deliver systems in line with the defined scopes, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Take accountability and provide support for production incident/problem tickets that result from non-compliance with the SDLC process.
- Provide management updates on system and project-related activities.
- Understand the system’s functionalities and technical aspects, and analyze technical impact on interfacing systems.
- Comply with and support Integral Life security, standard, and compliance requirements.
- Participate actively in team activities such as sharing (knowledge, ideas, etc.), mentoring and coaching (junior staff), and system upgrade/maintenance.

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:
| - Ensure Integral Life BAU issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.
- Deliver system solutions that support the initiatives.
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to the Technology function’s initiatives and goals.

| Communication Requirements | - Communicate effectively with business users of the Integral Life application and with other Technology department teams to provide the necessary support.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs with other developers and users in presentation mode.

| Minimum Job Requirements: | - Degree in IT or related areas.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in application development for the life insurance domain using the Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.
- Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language, and SQL development.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and impact analysis skills to provide feedback and inputs on user requirements.
- Good personality and attitude.
