Java Developer

• Accountable for the design and development of business processes related to Lenovo transactions, driving ongoing technology enhancements, and addressing platform and operational challenges;
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of industry requirements and business challenges, continually refining functionalities such as indexing, retrieval, and sorting to establish a robust, high-performance, and scalable distributed retrieval system;
• Execute targeted business search abstraction and demand expansion, responsible for optimizing search effectiveness and strategic implementation, while enhancing search metrics and the end-to-end search experience;
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and business operations, facilitating effective communication of implementation strategies with stakeholders and product managers, iterating and refining products, and backing business growth;
• Perform critical technology pre-research and address technical challenges to boost system efficiency and guarantee system availability, stability, and scalability;
• Explore advanced directions in big data processing, indexing, and sorting technologies, proactively designing search architectures and advocating for their execution.

Programming Languages:

• Expertise in the Java programming language, including core Java syntax, object-oriented programming principles, collections, underlying data structures, multithreading concurrency, and more.
• Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in the Python programming language.
• Frameworks & Tools:
• Expertise in Java development frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, etc.
• Candidates should be skilled in at least one widely-used relational database (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL). Preference will be given to those with experience in performance optimization or familiarity with non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in utilizing messaging middleware such as Kafka/MQ is essential.
• Candidates should also have a strong understanding of the version control tool Git.

Others:

• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A minimum of 3 years of Java development experience as a Java developer.
