Boutique Manager (Skincare & Makeup)

• Oversee daily store operations to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency
• Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators through a strategic and proactive approach
• Inspire, mentor, and nurture a team of Beauty Advisors
• Deliver outstanding in-store experiences by providing personalized service and beauty knowledge
• Maintain impeccable stock levels, merchandising, and overall store presentation
• Work in partnership with headquarters to relay insights and feedback from the retail environment
• Demonstrate and uphold brand standards in all aspects of your work

Qualifications We Seek:

• 2–3 years of experience in boutique or store management (preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail)
• Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities
• Proficient in analyzing retail KPIs and making informed, data-driven decisions
• Enthusiastic about customer service and the beauty industry
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing inventory and operational tasks
