Core Responsibilities:

• A typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily lead the initiative to deliver exceptional and value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through various phases from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and implementation.
• You will evaluate the proposals created by consultants, offering insights and assessing the solutions crafted for client business challenges to uncover any potential risks and concerns.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and presenting a structured strategy to clients for effectively managing change through diverse communication methods.
• You will also mentor and shape the vision for your team, provide subject matter training in your specialty areas, and motivate team members with timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• As a key participant in unit-level and organizational initiatives, your goal will be to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• At least 9 years of experience in the SAP HR ABAP environment
• Proficient hands-on experience with OOP concepts, BADI, report, and module pool programming, as well as LDB and OOP techniques
• Experience managing data transfer mechanisms utilizing IDOCs and interfaces via PI
• Basic technical knowledge of working with WDA, FPM, workflows, Smart Forms, Adobe, ESS, and MSS applications
• A solid understanding of HCM functionalities to create high-quality technical specifications based on requirements
• Excellent communication skills and availability to mentor the team
• Experience with UI5 and S/4 HANA is a desirable addition
