Job Summary

Act as a senior technology architect specializing in SAP governance, risk, and compliance solutions and generative AI. Design secure, scalable architectures that strengthen enterprise risk management and improve regulatory adherence. Partner with cross-functional teams in a hybrid day shift model to advance SAP security access control and audit capabilities, ensuring dependable systems that protect data and enable ethical innovation for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously enhance integrated architectures that merge SAP governance risk and compliance capabilities with generative AI solutions to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient risk management ecosystems for the enterprise.
• Create target state blueprints for SAP governance risk and compliance audit risk and access control components, ensuring full alignment with existing SAP security frameworks and broader technology strategies.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP governance risk and compliance audit management implementations, including data models, workflow configuration, and reporting structures that enable clear and effective audit processes.
• Architect resilient SAP risk management solutions that centralize risk identification, assessment, and mitigation, and provide actionable dashboards and analytics for business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen SAP security and ABAP authorization models by developing strong role concepts and access patterns that safeguard sensitive data and critical business functions.
• Build advanced access control architectures within SAP governance risk and compliance access control to streamline provisioning, automate policy enforcement, and reduce access risk across diverse user groups.
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into SAP governance risk and compliance workflows to improve control design, speed up documentation, and deliver intelligent insights that enhance audit and risk decisions.
• Assess and improve hybrid deployment models that balance on-site presence and remote collaboration, ensuring secure high-performance connectivity and consistent user experience for day shift operations.
• Work with business and compliance stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements and risk policies into practical technology designs that strengthen operational resilience and organizational trust.
• Mentor implementation teams in applying architectural standards, patterns, and coding practices for ABAP authorization and SAP security solutions to ensure long-term maintainability and adaptability.
• Define performance scalability and resilience requirements for the SAP governance risk and compliance landscape and supervise technical tuning to meet intensive audit risk analytics and reporting workloads.
• Partner with data and analytics specialists to design architectures that can support advanced analysis needs, including potential integration with omics-related data for future compliance and research scenarios.
• Produce clear, maintainable documentation of architectural decisions, integration patterns, and configuration principles to support long-term maintainability, knowledge sharing, and smooth audit reviews.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in SAP governance, risk, and compliance, including audit management risk management access control, and SAP security, with complex enterprise-scale implementations.
• Provide deep practical expertise in ABAP authorization concepts, role design, and authorization troubleshooting to ensure secure and efficient access to critical business processes.
• Prove capability in applying generative AI technologies in enterprise settings, including designing solutions that address governance, ethics, transparency, and the quality of AI-generated outputs.
• Show strong understanding of governance risk and compliance frameworks and industry regulations, with the ability to translate them into actionable technology and configuration strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in hybrid work environments, using collaboration tools and structured communication methods to coordinate architecture decisions across distributed functional and technical teams.
• Present experience in large-scale SAP landscapes and integrations, preferably within multinational organizations, where complex stakeholder requirements and risk profiles must be balanced effectively.
