International Voice Process

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to become part of our team as an International Voice Process Executive. This position is focused on delivering outstanding customer service to our global clientele through voice interactions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication abilities and a strong dedication to providing top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound voice communications with international customers.
• Deliver superior customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all customer engagements.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the company database in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role, ideally in an international context.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to the position.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

Qualification: 12th grade and above

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in international voice process

Shift: Rotational shifts, with 2 days off

Salary: 26k take-home

Location: MSR Tower, Bangalore

Process: Travel process

Age Limit: 30 years

Transportation: Two-way cab service (20)
