Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Cloud Commerce Package Consultant, you will advise, configure, and implement cloud-based commerce solutions that help organizations deliver seamless, scalable, and personalized digital shopping experiences. You will focus on deploying packaged SaaS and PaaS commerce platforms and guiding clients through the complete lifecycle of cloud commerce transformation.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Configure Commerce Engines: Configure commerce engines to address complex business requirements by tailoring out-of-the-box capabilities to support customer experience objectives, operational requirements, and IT strategy.
• Integrate Third-Party Services: Integrate third-party services, such as payment gateways, tax engines, and shipping providers, to support seamless and scalable digital shopping experiences.
• Enable Omnichannel Capabilities: Enable omnichannel capabilities, including unified cart, inventory visibility, and order orchestration, to deliver personalized digital shopping experiences.
• Support Data Migration and Testing: Support data migration, testing, and user training to promote successful adoption of cloud commerce solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to maintain alignment between the commerce package and customer experience goals, operational requirements, and IT strategy.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Cloud-Native Commerce Platforms: Experience with cloud-native commerce platforms, including configuration and deployment of packaged SaaS and PaaS commerce solutions.
• Commerce Engine Configuration: Exposure to configuring commerce engines to address complex business requirements, including tailoring out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Third-Party Service Integration: Experience integrating third-party services, such as payment gateways, tax engines, and shipping providers, into commerce platforms.
• Omnichannel Capability Enablement: Exposure to enabling omnichannel capabilities, including unified cart, inventory visibility, and order orchestration.
• Data Migration and Testing Support: Experience supporting data migration, testing, and user training to enable successful adoption of cloud commerce solutions.
