'Data Engineer'

'Responsibilities'

• Design and build reliable ETL pipelines to bring together data from multiple HR systems and sources.
• Create and optimize data models and schemas to meet analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop and support scalable data infrastructure that powers people analytics initiatives.
• Oversee Airflow workflows for pipeline orchestration and dbt models for data transformation.
• Write and improve advanced SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting.
• Establish and run end-to-end data quality checks and monitoring to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Work with analysts to convert raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  
  

'Required Skills'

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• 2+ years of practical experience with Airflow.
• 2+ years of practical experience with dbt.
• Strong expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

• Experience with Workday.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and how to apply them to people analytics.
• Experience working with HR data and metrics.
