Position Details

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Type: International Voice/ Non-Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Work Arrangement: Office-Based

Educational Background: 12th grade / Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience Level: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Shifts: Rotational (2 days off per week)

Responsibilities

·      Handling customer calls.

·      Addressing service-related inquiries.

·      Managing customer requests and issues.

·      Documenting calls and updating systems.
