• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a vital part in various project phases, which include defining problems, estimating efforts, diagnosing issues, generating solutions, and facilitating design and deployment.
• Your responsibilities will involve researching alternative solutions, utilizing literature reviews, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc., and developing Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• You will gather requirement specifications based on business needs, define future processes, and create detailed functional designs aligned with those requirements.
• Your role includes configuring solution requirements on products, diagnosing root issues when they arise, seeking clarifications, and identifying viable solution alternatives.
• You will also engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions for our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you should have a minimum of 5 years of functional or techno-functional experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation or support projects, specifically with OTM Release 6.

• Possess strong technical and functional expertise in the latest Oracle Transportation Management Application modules, including Order Management, OTM Finance, and Shipment Management.
• Be knowledgeable about preparing mapping documents to interface OTM systems with EDI, WMS, Order Management, and finance systems, and translate functional specifications into design specifications for the technical team.
• Demonstrate experience in the complete OTM lifecycle implementation.
• Familiarity with OTM architecture is preferred.
• Diagnose customer issues, identify problem areas, design creative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to proposal development by owning sections of the proposal document and providing insights on solution design based on your expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product per design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• Lead solution product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to the organization's financial guidelines.
• Actively manage small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, focusing on delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.
