Computer Vision Architect

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Computer Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in creating and implementing deep learning models tailored for real-time image and video analytics.
• The successful candidate will possess a robust foundation in computer vision, deep learning frameworks, and technologies for edge deployment.

Primary Duties:

• Design, train, and enhance deep learning models for various computer vision applications, including object detection, image recognition, segmentation, and video analytics.
• Oversee large-scale real-time projects that handle 100 video streams.
• Refine models such as CNNs and Vision Transformers utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.
• Create and implement inference pipelines leveraging NVIDIA technologies, including NGC models, TAO Toolkit, DeepStream, Metropolis, and Triton Server.
• Utilize pre- and post-processing techniques to improve model performance and evaluation metrics.
• Develop and execute multi-object tracking algorithms across various camera feeds.
• Conduct camera calibration and identify regions of interest (ROI) while performing action recognition through temporal analysis techniques.
• Create models for feature extraction and devise strategies for latent space analysis and data manipulation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in crafting complex SQL queries, with familiarity in NoSQL or Graph Databases such as Neo4j being an advantage.
• Have knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) as a plus.
• Exhibit proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, which is advantageous.
