Key Responsibilities:
- A typical day for an Infosys consultant
- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will play a crucial part in supporting various phases of projects, which include problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, as well as design and deployment.
- Your research will involve exploring alternatives to proposed solutions through literature reviews, information available in public domains, and vendor evaluations.
- You will also be tasked with developing proofs of concept (POCs).
- Your responsibilities will include drafting requirement specifications that reflect business needs, defining future processes, and creating detailed functional designs based on those requirements.
- As part of your role, you will assist in configuring solution requirements on products, identifying any issues, diagnosing their root causes, seeking clarifications, and recommending and narrowing down potential solution alternatives.
- Additionally, you will participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.
