Korber PAS-X Solution Architect

Job Overview:

• Oversee the design and implementation of K rber PAS X MES solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
• Champion initiatives in digital manufacturing, system integrations, regulatory compliance, and multi-site MES deployments.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and design comprehensive PAS X MES solutions from start to finish.
• Collect and analyze business requirements to create scalable MES architectures.
• Set up EBR, Materials Management, Weighing, Dispensing Equipment Management, Traceability, and Workflow Management systems.
• Establish integrations with SAP LIMS, QMS, Historian, SCADA, and Warehouse management systems.
• Ensure adherence to GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP5 standards.
• Assist with validation processes, including URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Facilitate client workshops, architecture evaluations, project estimations, and governance.
• Guide and mentor teams while providing technical direction.

Technical Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing MES solutions.
• At least 5 years of practical experience with K rber PAS X architecture and implementation.
• Proficient in PAS X Workflow Designer, Material Management, Interface Framework, and Intelligence KPI.
• Extensive knowledge of processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, S4HANA, SAP ATTP, SAP EWM, LIMS, QMS, and Historian systems.
• Integration skills utilizing REST, SOAP, IDocs, BAPIs, XML, JSON, SQL, CPI, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Understanding of ISA 95 and ISA 88 standards.

Additional Qualifications:

• Preferably experienced in PAS X V3 migration and multi-site implementations.
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Position suitable for Senior Architect or Principal Consultant level.
• Industry experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Cell and Gene Therapy, and Life Sciences Manufacturing.
