Teamcenter QMS Functional Design

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a seasoned Teamcenter QMS Consultant Technical Lead to oversee the customization, integration, and data migration of Siemens Teamcenter Quality Management System (QMS) solutions.
• The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, QMS business processes, and enterprise integrations, facilitating the successful deployment of scalable and compliant PLM solutions for global enterprises.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Teamcenter QMS Implementation
• Manage the comprehensive implementation of Teamcenter QMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Configure and implement QMS processes, including:
• CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Non-Conformance Management (NCM)
• Audit Management
• Complaint Management
• Supplier Quality Management
• Inspection Planning and Quality Issue Management
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Define and configure Teamcenter data models, workflows, lifecycles, forms, and reports.
• Assist in testing, validation, implementation, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Customization Development
• Design and develop customizations for Teamcenter using:
• BMIDE
• ITK
• SOA Services
• REST APIs
• Active Workspace (AWC)
• Workflow Handlers and Extensions
• Create custom business objects, forms, validations, automation, and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Teamcenter best practices.
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and bug resolution across Teamcenter environments.
• Data Migration
• Lead the migration of quality and product-related data from legacy PLM, QMS, ERP, and spreadsheet systems.
• Execute source to target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Develop and implement migration strategies for:
• CAPA records
• NCRs
• Audit records
• Supplier quality data
• Quality documents and attachments
• Inspection and compliance records
• Conduct mock migrations, reconciliation activities, and manage production data cutovers.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of migrated data.
