GEN AI Engineer

Job Overview:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques.
• The perfect candidate will possess substantial hands-on experience in crafting and executing comprehensive data science and machine learning solutions, including the productionization of models and providing guidance to development teams on implementing ML use cases.
• A solid foundation in AI and ML solutions, along with expertise in NLP and GenAI, is highly desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio would be a significant advantage for our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct data gathering, profiling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and data preparation.
• Utilize a variety of ML techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models leveraging Python and prominent ML frameworks.
• Implement NLP solutions utilizing techniques such as preprocessing, tokenization, vectorization, and semantic analysis.
• Create and deploy GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic AI.
• Monitor the performance of models in production and execute retraining strategies as necessary.
• Uphold and integrate Responsible AI principles throughout all ML workflows.
• Deliver analytical insights to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Suggest ML-based solutions and provide effort estimates for new use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on training, evaluating, and deploying models.
• Leverage AI services from cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Technical Qualifications:

• Robust proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and model development.
• In-depth knowledge of the machine learning model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks, such as:

• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Experience in developing Generative AI solutions, including:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for improved contextual responses.
• Agent-based AI systems utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
• Preferred experience in integrating GenAI functionalities into enterprise applications using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience in monitoring model performance and conducting comprehensive evaluations using metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1 Score, and BLEU.
• Understanding of Responsible AI practices, including model fairness, transparency, and auditability.
• Hands-on experience with Python-based web applications for AI and ML use cases.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based AI services, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
