Gen AI Consultant

Job Description:

• We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Generative AI Engineer who possesses profound knowledge in Agentic AI, AI Agent Frameworks, RAG, MCP, and large language model (LLM) solutions at an enterprise level.
• The selected candidate will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI systems, multi-agent architectures, and intelligent automation solutions utilizing cutting-edge GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• 9 to 11 years of experience in software engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI and applications based on LLM.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.
• Practical experience with Agent Frameworks such as:
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• Semantic Kernel
• LangChain Agents
• In-depth knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Experience in implementing the MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar.
• Expertise in Vector Databases including Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, and Azure AI Search.
• Experience in API and microservices development.
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Architect and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms and solutions.
• Create multi-agent orchestration workflows tailored for business applications.
• Develop and enhance advanced RAG pipelines utilizing enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Implement MCP-based integrations connecting AI agents, tools, and enterprise systems.
• Lead the design, deployment, scalability, and performance enhancement of LLM solutions.
• Construct reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and components.
• Provide guidance to development teams on best practices in GenAI and AI architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to outline AI roadmaps and use cases.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI standards, security, governance, and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee technical reviews.
