Oracle WMS Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a typical day as an Infoscion
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily assist in various stages of the project, encompassing problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and design and deployment.
• You will investigate alternatives to the suggested solutions through research that includes literature reviews, publicly available information, and vendor evaluations.
• Additionally, you will develop proof of concepts (POCs).
• Your responsibilities will include drafting requirement specifications based on business needs, defining the desired processes, and creating detailed functional designs aligned with the requirements.
• You will assist in configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnose any issues that arise, seek necessary clarifications, and identify and shortlist potential solution alternatives.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud WMS and Oracle Logfire, complemented by a robust manufacturing background.
• Experience in configuring the Oracle WMS Cloud application for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Familiarity with processes including Purchase to Invoice, Warehouse Inbound Receipts, Warehouse Pick, Pack, Ship, and Shipment Transportation.
• Understanding of the Inbound Process, which includes inbound shipments, load appointment checks, receiving options, and putaway, as well as the Outbound Process involving outbound orders, wave picking, packing, and outbound LTL load management.
• A solid grasp of Fusion Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement, and other SCM Cloud Modules.
• Knowledge of facility item master configurations is essential.
• Familiarity with Cloud Support processes is required.
• Experience conducting client workshops, solution design, and module configuration is necessary.

• Knowledge in one or two industry domains is preferred.
