In this role, you will:

• Drive the assessment of client requirements from RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to pinpoint business objectives, key challenges, and viable solution opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end HRO solution designs, including operating models, service delivery frameworks, transition strategies, technology enablement, and pricing approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create complete, high-quality proposals and solution documentation.
• Create and deliver solution blueprints, value propositions, and business cases that clearly communicate client value and differentiate competitively.
• Contribute to due diligence efforts, lead and support client workshops, and participate in oral presentations throughout the pursuit lifecycle while maintaining compliance with internal governance requirements.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, HRO solutioning, HR consulting, or business process outsourcing environments.
• Proven experience leading solution design and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for large-scale HR outsourcing engagements.
• Strong understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes, service delivery models, and HR technology platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

These will help you stand out

• MBA or relevant advanced degree.
• Experience supporting global HR outsourcing engagements across multiple geographies.
• Knowledge of commercial constructs, pricing methodologies, and business case development.
• Familiarity with digital HR solutions, automation platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled HR technologies.
• Strong understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging innovations within the HRO landscape.
