Essential Qualifications

Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development roles.

Proven track record in overseeing multi-country HR operations, particularly in India and the Philippines.

In-depth understanding of labor laws and employment regulations applicable in India and the Philippines.

Experience in sectors such as IT, ITES, Healthcare, BPO, or Shared Services is advantageous.
