Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
• Identify and source potential candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
• Arrange interviews and liaise between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Keep accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and related administrative tasks.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment goals.
