Group Manager Finance & Administration Delivery - Operations

Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for managing finance clients across different industries, covering Finance and Accounts.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Own client engagements/contracts across geographies—providing operations support for establishing processes, identifying metrics, and delivering reporting.
• Establish and maintain a strong tracking mechanism for key operational indicators to enable effective decision-making.
• Drive transformation with deep change management experience, including challenging, inspiring, and leading the team.
• Track and drive all process parameters that are 'critical to quality' to ensure excellence in process delivery.
• Support management in career development activities for team members, team leaders, and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training.
• Ensure sufficient mentorship & training for team members so that process objectives & Customer requirements are met.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum 16+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting Delivery & Transformations
• Demonstrated experience developing and creating value propositions, business cases, and industry-specific offerings.
• Ability to shape strategic direction and initiatives by designing business outcome models, defining contracting structures, and identifying new opportunities and business lines.
• Skilled in supporting the sales team to build a persuasive business case for prospective clients for the offshore business, and working closely with Process Delivery leaders to identify improvement opportunities and implement them across all processes.
• Expertise in leading continuous process improvement and transformation efforts, including conducting maturity assessments.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• A certified Chartered Accountant/Company Secretaryship/Certified Management Accountant.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Record to Report, Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of processes for central finance reporting, management reporting, and reports.
• Ability to influence internal/external customers, Operations, and Finance partners.
• Ambitious professional who can work independently toward agreed targets/goals and bring a creative approach to work.
• Intuitive professional with the ability to manage change and proven time management skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute to team success by delivering related results as needed.
• Maintain current technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
