Performance lead consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute strategies and plans for performance testing
• Conduct various testing types including Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Spike Testing, Endurance Testing, Soak Testing, and Scalability Testing
• Evaluate application performance to identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements
• Track metrics related to server, application, database, and network performance
• Create and uphold automated scripts for performance testing
• Work in collaboration with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to address performance challenges
• Perform root cause analysis for any performance issues
• Compile performance reports and present insights to key stakeholders
• Incorporate performance testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure that applications fulfill SLA requirements for response time, throughput, and availability

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in Performance Testing technologies, specifically Load Runner
