Job Description:

• We are seeking seasoned Lead Senior Lead Java Developers who possess extensive expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices, AWS, and cloud technologies.
• The successful applicant will take charge of designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while promoting technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
• This position requires collaboration with stakeholders, leading technical discussions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level applications utilizing Java Spring Boot Microservices and AWS Cloud services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and guarantee timely project completion.
• Create RESTful APIs, design scalable microservices architectures, conduct code reviews, resolve production issues, and enhance application performance.
• Engage in solution architecture discussions, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding standards, security protocols, and development best practices.
• Assist with CI/CD implementation, deployment tasks, and provide production support while contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
