Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant with extensive proficiency in React JS, React Native, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks to spearhead the development of high-quality web and mobile applications for enterprise clients.
The perfect candidate will possess a proven track record in managing end-to-end solution delivery, establishing frontend mobile architecture, mentoring teams, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to create scalable digital solutions.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications utilizing React JS.
Architect and create cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
Establish technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices for frontend mobile architecture.
Develop reusable component libraries and design systems to streamline the development process.
Lead initiatives for application performance enhancement, scalability, security, and accessibility.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to fulfill business requirements.
Facilitate code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution architecture workshops.
Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud-native platforms.
Assist in the implementation of CI/CD processes, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Mentor and support development teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines.

9 to 11 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend and mobile application development.
Extensive hands-on experience with React JS, React Native, JavaScript ES6, and TypeScript.
In-depth understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and state management frameworks.
Experience in designing and creating enterprise-scale web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in responsive design, cross-platform development, and mobile application lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Familiarity with Next.js and modern frontend architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with Firebase, including Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and Analytics integration.
Acquainted with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment strategies.
Understanding of mobile security best practices and application store deployment processes.
Experience in leading distributed teams and engaging with clients.
