Global IBP Process Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the maturity level of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across various markets, regions, and business units by collaborating with all functions to establish improved processes and content.
• Facilitating essential IBP meetings, including Demand Review Meetings, Supply Review Meetings, Integrated Reconciliation, and Executive Business Reviews.
• Preparing and consolidating inputs for each IBP phase, converting data into clear insights and materials suitable for executive presentation.
• Coordinating with commercial, finance, and supply teams to ensure alignment of plans and assumptions.
• Promoting ongoing enhancements to meeting structures, templates, and content flow.
• Monitoring key decisions, risks, and action items from each IBP cycle.
• Delivering executive-level reports and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and generating reports as required.

About You

• A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within fast-moving consumer goods or electronics manufacturing is essential.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand new domains and identify the most valuable issues for stakeholders.
• Exhibiting flexibility and resilience in the face of constraints while constructively responding to new demands and challenges.
• Awareness of global market trends, consumer behavior, and supply chain management principles.
• Exceptional business presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
