Global IBP Analytics Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data visualizations and dashboards that effectively convey supply chain performance metrics to various stakeholders.
• Enhance the sophistication of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) data analysis across markets, regions, and categories by collaborating with all departments to refine processes and content.
• Employ a scientific and methodical approach to address practical challenges through logical reasoning.
• Extract and transform data from diverse sources to form a consolidated data set.
• Exhibit strong business insight - you possess the ability to quickly understand a new domain and identify the most critical issues for our stakeholders.
• Show adaptability and resilience when facing constraints and respond positively to new demands and challenges.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate reports as required.
• Have a solid understanding of global market trends, consumer behavior, and the principles of supply chain management.

About You

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, complemented by a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) within the fast-moving consumer goods or electronics sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis; familiarity with machine learning is advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation skills, particularly in effectively communicating financial information to Senior Leadership throughout the organization.
• Knowledge of global markets and intricate supply chain planning processes.
• Strong communication abilities, with a capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with the financial planning process is beneficial.
• Experience collaborating across different functions and cultures.
