GenAI - Azure AI Senior Solution Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior business, technical, and functional stakeholders to evaluate AI readiness, create AI adoption roadmaps, develop reusable platform capabilities, and integrate AI architecture with the enterprise data strategy.

Oversee the design and execution of foundational enterprise AI capabilities, including:

• AI-Ready Data Layer
• Embedding Vector Stores
• Ground Truth Management
• Prompt Engineering Frameworks
• Model Registry Versioning
• Knowledge Base RAG Architecture
• Semantic Search Frameworks
• Multi-Agent Orchestration
• AI Governance Security Compliance Controls
• AI Observability Monitoring
• LLMOps Foundations
  
  

Develop reusable patterns to facilitate:

• Enterprise AI-driven chatbots
• AI-assisted customer KYC onboarding solutions
• AI-assisted credit assessment report generation solutions
  
  

Act as the subject matter expert on Azure native services to promote Agentic AI adoption.

Required Experience

Minimum of 10 years in technology consulting, architecture, or solution delivery

At least 5 years of experience in designing enterprise cloud platforms

A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering enterprise AI GenAI initiatives

Experience in a consulting system integration or solution provider organization

Proven track record of delivering technology programs for banks or financial institutions

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry

Experience managing a team across onshore and offshore locations for design, delivery, and execution

Project management experience is highly beneficial

Preferred experience leading banking organizations towards enterprise-wide AI adoption
