About the Client:

You will be embedded within the technology and operations division of our leading banking client. This division enables software and systems development, IT support services, and core banking operations across multiple international markets. Working within a secure, standardised, and flexible global banking infrastructure, the team places a strong emphasis on operational excellence, process improvement, automation, and ensuring reliable, seamless delivery of financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business specialists to gather, examine, and confirm requirements; conduct impact assessments and evaluate 'to-be' operational processes; establish functional and non-functional requirements.
• Communicate requirements effectively to system analysts, ensuring end-to-end traceability to business objectives.
• Assess test plans, assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee defect prioritisation and resolution.
• Own end-to-end project delivery by creating project plans and timelines, managing scope, budget, and resources, and providing status updates to governance forums.

Requirements:

• 10 years of business analysis experience, including a proven record of delivering finance-related projects.
• Expertise in data management, financial systems, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (including Macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA.
• Fundamental understanding of change management and project management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication ability, and stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, resilience, and the ability to manage complex challenges.
